Jaidad Fair Deal acts as an authorized real estate consultancy in Sargodha. All property listings and bookings are subject to physical verification and official title transfer protocols.
2. Booking & Installments
Provisional plot bookings require authentic identification and initial down-payment validation. Installment schedules must adhere to agreed payment dates.
3. Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of District Courts in Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan.
